By accessing or using Sojano ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Sojano is a digital video production service. You submit a script and we deliver a fully produced video file via a private download link within 24–48 hours. The deliverable is a digital MP4 file.
All orders are processed through our payment provider Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Payment is required before production begins. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice.
We aim to deliver all videos within 24 hours of order confirmation. Longer videos (30–60 minutes) may take up to 48 hours. Download links expire after 48 hours — please download your video promptly.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the delivered video file. You may use it for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. We retain no rights to your content after delivery.
You may not use Sojano to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Sojano's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
