Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of our service — digital content produced on demand — we generally do not offer refunds once production has begun or a video has been delivered.

Before Production Begins

If you contact us before production has started, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. Contact us immediately at hello@sojano.com if you wish to cancel.

After Delivery

Once your video has been delivered via download link, refunds are not available. This is consistent with industry standard practice for digital content delivery.

Exceptions

If there is a technical error on our side that results in a non-deliverable or completely unusable file, we will either re-produce the video at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds are issued for unused videos within a billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
